The Preparation

Step 1

Mix curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil, and salt to make the tikka marinade.

Step 2

Coat paneer cubes, onion rings, and capsicum in the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Thread marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.

Step 4

Grill on a hot tawa or in an oven at 220°C for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway, until charred.
